What is brand voice?
Brand voice is the consistent personality and tone a business uses in all of its written and spoken communication. It reflects the values, culture, and positioning of the business and remains recognizable regardless of the channel or context. Brand voice is distinct from tone, which adapts to the situation. Voice stays the same whether a business is writing a social post, a proposal, or an error message.
