UX, User Experience

User experience (UX) refers to the overall quality of a person's interaction with a website, product, or service. In web design, UX encompasses how easy it is to navigate, how clearly information is presented, how quickly the site loads, and how well the site guides a visitor toward the action they came to take. Good UX reduces friction and builds trust. Poor UX causes visitors to leave before they find what they need.
