Beyond the website
Google Business: Show up when people search
Your Google Business profile is often the first thing someone sees before they reach your site. I set it up, optimize it for search, and show you how to ask for reviews in a way that builds trust over time.
Social media: Content, thought leadership, and hiring, all connected to your site
Social media: Content, thought leadership, hiring, all connected to your site
I create the visuals, content, and strategy for social media posts and thought leadership. For businesses that are hiring, I connect your job postings directly to LinkedIn and your website careers page, with application forms routed to the right people on your team, not a catch-all inbox. I also show your team how to search for well-fit candidates and post openings effectively so your hiring process works as one system.
Email Strategy: The highest return on marketing investment most businesses overlook
Email consistently outperforms every other marketing channel for return on investment. A well-structured campaign regularly achieves 20% or higher open rates (one of mine reached 70%). I help you choose the right platform, build the strategy, and create the graphics so each email earns its place in someone's inbox.

How a website project works
The process is built to take as much off your plate as possible. You show up to two or three key sessions for input and approval. I handle everything in between. For development I work with a dedicated subcontractor or can collaborate with your existing team if they're comfortable with the platform the site will be built on. The timeline below is for a full website build (single-page sites and landing pages move faster).
Weeks 1–4
Strategy Messaging
You fill out a questionnaire and complete a content assignment, and your input shapes the entire direction of the site. From there I define the structure, draft the content, and we review it together before design starts.
Weeks 5–6
Design
How the site looks and feels: the visual direction, how information is presented, and how your brand comes through on screen. A 60-minute review applies any refinements before development begins.
Weeks 7–14
Development
I build a system of up to 12 reusable modules: hero sections, image and text combinations, testimonial blocks, and more. These modules can be configured in unlimited combinations across as many pages as your site needs. The system grows with your business. Content updates and adding new pages you can do yourself. Design changes to the modules require a developer, which is why the system is built thoughtfully upfront.
Weeks 15–16
Launch Training
Pre-launch testing, baseline search setup, and a hands-on training session so you know how to manage the site and use it to support growth. If photography or video is needed, I work with a trusted network of photographers and videographers — including a mood board and photo style guide created beforehand that accounts for how images will be used on the site, whether tall, wide, or square formats. Search visibility typically begins building within three months of launch.
Post-launch support
Quarterly performance audits
At 3, 6, 9, and 12 months post-launch I review the data with you, walk through how people are finding and using your site, and make updates in real time. The first three months after launch are especially important for understanding what is working.
LinkedIn candidate search training
A 90-minute session showing you how to search for well-fit candidates, post job openings with a visual, and connect your LinkedIn hiring content to your website careers page so your process works as one system.
Growth strategy workshop
A 90-minute session to build a clear, actionable 90-day plan for your site's growth: content categories, article topics, and how to connect everything across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and your site consistently.
Drag-and-drop platforms like Squarespace and Wix are built for simplicity, not growth. They have limited search and AI visibility capabilities, and if you ever move off their platform, your traffic does not move with you.
WordPress can work well for primarily text or blog-focused sites, but for most businesses it accumulates plugin overload, theme hacking, and slow performance over time. The platforms I build on are chosen specifically because they grow with your business, perform well in search, and give you clean control over your content long term.A single-page site or landing page can launch in one to two weeks. A full website typically takes sixteen weeks depending on scope, content readiness, and revisions. Every phase has a purpose and nothing is drawn out.
Yes. I write and structure most website copy based on what you share with me. You provide the input, I shape the language, structure it for search and AI visibility, and make sure it sounds like your business.
Every site is built with both in mind. That means keyword strategy, page structure, technical setup, and emerging infrastructure so your site shows up in both traditional search results and AI-generated answers. Search visibility typically begins building within three months of launch.
A website audit is a comprehensive review of your site's performance, structure, content, accessibility, and search visibility. I conduct a full review to identify gaps and opportunities, and deliver a prioritized checklist of what to act on first (whether that work is done by my team or yours).
Yes. I provide website migration, ongoing support, and maintenance plans available for clients who have built, or are planning to build, their site with Wire Design Company.
Yes. I lead the strategy, design, and copy. For development I work with a dedicated subcontractor or can collaborate with your existing team if they're comfortable with the platform the site will be built on.
Investment range
Every project is scoped to what you actually need. Scopes vary, so these are ranges rather than fixed prices.
Single-Page Site or Landing Page: $5,000 to $10,000
Strategy, design, and copy included. Launches in one to two weeks. For simpler needs, a starter landing page is available from $3,000.
Full Website: $20,000 to $80,000+
Multi-page site with a flexible module system. Strategy, design, copy, and development included. Typically launches in sixteen weeks.
E-commerce: $45,000 to $100,000+
Built for businesses selling online. Integration needs drive most of the cost and scope is confirmed at kickoff.
Annual hosting, licensing, and maintenance for full websites runs approximately $1,500 to $2,700, billed separately at launch. Single-page sites run approximately $30/month. Domain registration is handled by the client, while I provide guidance on setup and make sure everything is connected correctly before launch.
